Schedule a Session

IMPORTANT: If you have recently traveled outside of the US, you may be asked to wait 10-14 days before your appointment. Please review the CDC guidelines for domestic and international travel.

If you or anyone in your household is currently sick, please call us to reschedule your session. As a reminder, you must wait 72 hours after receiving a vaccination for any massage or lymphatic drainage sessions.

Policies

Cancellations
Our time together is important. We request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in a 100% service charge or forfeit of voucher/gift certificate. In case of an emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please let us know when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Lateness
We request that you arrive about 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. While we will do our best to give you the full scheduled time, scheduling of other clients may limit our flexibility if you are late. Therefore, clients arriving late may receive only the remainder of their scheduled time and must be charged the full amount for the original scheduled appointment.

Sickness
Recognizing that both massage therapists and clients are vulnerable to infections, we must ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. If a client has any of the following contagious illnesses, the massage session must be rescheduled:

Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Scabies, Thrush, Whooping Cough and the Common Cold

For reflexology sessions, a cancellation is required if athlete’s foot or plantar warts are present.

Gift Certificates
Promotional Gift Certificates are not valid with any other offers, prior services or Gift Certificate. Gift certificates are only redeemable for the service specified on the gift certificate, by the expiration date indicated. We reserve the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their monetary value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, at my option and sole discretion. Except as required by law, gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date indicated on the gift certificate, whichever occurs first. If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase. For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate. Use and redemption of gift certificates are also governed by my Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We will issue a replacement gift certificate if we can verify that the lost or stolen certificate has not been redeemed, and proof of purchase.

Privacy Policy
We collect information when we need to personally identify you. We will collect such information when, for example, you schedule an appointment, you enter a prize drawing, you fill out a survey, or you subscribe to the free e-newsletter. This personal information can include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information, as applicable.

We will never disclose your personal information to other companies.

Inappropriate Behavior
Sexual innuendos, advances, language and/or suggestive behavior will not be tolerated or initiated. Your scheduled session will be of a professional manner and the session will end immediately should such an occurrence from the client take place, with the full amount of the session due. The client forfeits any entitlement of any refund upon inappropriate occurrences. The client has the right to refuse any part of the session of bodywork.
